Beauty in the chaos

You may know from our recent post that we are planning another trip to Ukraine. This time we target the East of Ukraine to deliver animal supplies to as many shelters as we can – the intention is to get to Kharkiv, Dnipro and other places in the Donbass region.

The preparation time is a very emotional part of our work as we never know what we are going to expect. It’s therefore essential for us not to forget that there is beauty in the chaos.

I decided therefore to write a little article about this beauty.

For this we mentally travel to a small village in the Polish Subcarpathian Voivodeship approx. 15 km from Przemysl and maybe 1h from Lviv. In Rybotycze, Nick is staying with Maja and me when he is travelling between the UK and Ukraine. Rybotycze therefore is kind of the K9 Rescue International Polish base.

The little village is surrounded by large mixed forests with a lot of wildlife in its natural habitat.

Join me in appreciating the beauty in the chaos.

Eatstern Europe need our help, the amount of animals in need of care is growing exponentially and things need to change – and we have a plan.

Love and kindness are never wasted. They always make a difference. They bless the one who receives them, and they bless you, the giver.

We want to change the way animals are sheltered and tansported across Europe, and this is not an insurmountable task, it just needs dedication – and that dedication is something we all can do at some level.

We have designed a radical new way of animal santuaries, with the inclusion of an exisiting method of ‘bio-security’ but now applied to ‘companion animals’.

If we can build the first one in Ukraine then we can build them across Europe – we can be the change – all of us.

You can help, please donate what you can and/or spread the word – if we can get this message out to everyone then we can do this – we can be the change.
